Butter Horns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 C. Flour
    2 C. small curd cottage cheese
    2 sticks butter
Preparation
    Blend cottage cheese in a blender or cuisinart by itself. Cream butter, add blended cottage cheese.
    Cream until smooth. Add flour.
    Mix till well blended.
    Separate dough into 4 pieces. Wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate 4 hours (or overnight).
    Flour board (as for pie crust).
    Roll into circle and cut (each of 4 pieces) into 16 pieces.
    Roll from large end to small end to form a croissant.
    Grease cookie sheet or use parchment paper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Frost.
    Best if serve warm but delicious all ways.
