Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. lukewarm water
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. salt
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix warm water and yeast together; let stand.
    In medium saucepan melt butter.
    Add sugar, milk and salt.
    Heat until warm, not hot.
    Add yeast mixture to milk mixture in a large bowl.
    Add egg.
    Beat in 3 cups flour until smooth.
    Add 3 more cups flour. Pour on pastry cloth and knead 5 to 8 minutes.
    Let rise until double in size.
    Knead again, make rolls and put in greased pan. Let rise; bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
