Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix cornmeal, flour and sugar together. Make a well in center, add milk, egg and oil. Stir only long enough to mix. Fill a greased baking dish only half full. Bake at 425\u00b0 (hot oven) about 25 minutes until lightly browned.
