Basil Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head romaine lettuce
    1/4 c. pecan halves, roasted
    1/4 c. croutons, roasted
    1/2 c. fresh basil, chopped
    1/2 c. cilantro, chopped
    Paul Newman's Italian dressing (to suit taste)
    Parmesan
    fresh black pepper
Preparation
    Roast pecans and croutons in oven at 350\u00b0 for a few minutes. Add to salad and toss together.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan and fresh black pepper.
