Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick oats
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Grease a long loaf pan.
    Pour boiling water over quick oats. Let stand for 20 minutes.
    Mix margarine, sugars and cream together.
    Add eggs and beat.
    Add oat mixture and dry ingredients.
    Bake in long loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
