Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 oz. margarine or 1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. molasses
    1/2 c. dry milk powder
    2 Tbsp. wheat germ
    2 Tbsp. honey (optional)
    1 egg (optional)
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    4 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water and let sit 3 minutes. Measure 2 cups water into mixing bowl.
    Add yeast mixture, salt, margarine, molasses, dry milk and wheat germ.
    Mix thoroughly.
    (If using egg or honey, add now.)
    Add both flours while mixing on low speed.
    Mix dough 5 to 7 minutes on low until it pulls away from sides of bowl.
    (Dough is best when soft and pliable.)
    Let rise in warm spot about 1 hour.
    Shape into 3 loaves and place in 3 greased loaf pans.
    Let rise again.
    Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
