Pepper Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 green sweet pepper
1 red sweet pepper
1 large onion
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can of milk (for soup)
2 cups shredded cheese
1 sleeve Ritz crackers (crushed)
Preparation

Dice peppers and onion.
Boil until tender and drain.
Add soup, milk, crackers and cheese (save some crackers and cheese for top crust, if desired).
Pour into baking dish and bake at 400 degrees until bubbly and brown.
