Yummy Yam Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 sweet potatoes
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 bag coconut
1 c. sugar
large marshmallows
Preparation

Cook potatoes; drain.
Peel and mash.
Add sugar and crushed pineapple (drained).
With large marshmallows cover with sweet potato mixture.
Roll in coconut and place in buttered dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes until coconut is toasted and the marshmallows begin to burst open.
Can be made ahead and baked later.
