Microwave Honey Chicken - cooking recipe

2 1/2 lb. chicken breast
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation

Coat chicken with mixture of flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Microwave 1 stick butter on High in a shallow baking dish for 1 minute or until melted.
Arrange chicken in single layer in butter, turning to coat each piece.
Microwave for 10 minutes on High giving dish a 1/4 turn twice during cooking.
Prepare butter-honey sauce by melting 1 stick butter for about 30 seconds on High and add honey and lemon juice to butter.
Pour sauce over chicken and microwave for 10 minutes at 80% power.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
