Chupe De Mariscos(Shellfish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    shrimp, mussels, clams or lobster (reserve liquid)
    1/2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. soft cheese
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 egg yolks
    salt, pepper and cayenne
    water
    paprika
Preparation
    Boil various shellfish for 30 minutes and reserve the water in which they were cooked.
    Fry onion in 2 tablespoons of butter and paprika.
    Add bread crumbs, milk and a little of the liquid from the shellfish.
    Simmer until the consistency of sauce.
    Add soft cheese, 1 tablespoon butter, egg yolks, salt, pepper and cayenne. Place the shellfish in the bottom of a clay casserole.
    Pour the sauce over the top and bake, covered, in a moderate oven for 40 minutes.
    Place uncovered under the broiler for the last 10 minutes.
    If desired, top with hard-boiled eggs and mashed potatoes.
