Cucumber Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cucumber pulp
    1/2 c. cream or evaporated milk
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    To cucumber pulp, add cream, flour, butter and eggs.
    Mix well.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Batter will be very thick.
    Drop by spoonfuls into hot 375\u00b0 vegetable oil.
    Fry until crisp and brown. Drain on brown paper.
