Impossible Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease a pie plate (10 x 1 1/2-inches). Mix spinach, cheese and onions in plate.
    Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or one minute with hand beater.
    Pour into plate.
    Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
