Good Old Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted and divided
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling salted water to cover for 15 to 20 minutes, or until tender.
    Drain and mash.
    Add 3 tablespoons butter and remaining ingredients, stirring until smooth.
    Spoon into a serving bowl; drizzle with remaining 1 tablespoon butter. Serve immediately.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
