Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash, sliced
    1 onion, chopped
    1 egg
    2/3 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 cream of mushroom soup
    4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cook seasoned squash with onion until tender; drain.
    Add egg, cracker crumbs, cheese and mushroom soup.
    Blend well.
    Mix some more cracker crumbs with melted butter and crumble on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
