Party Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 small chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter
grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Thaw potatoes 1/2 hour.
Saute onion in butter.
Mix all ingredients, cover with grated cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
