Fried Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    2/3 c. cream (small can)
    1 egg
Preparation
    In medium bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt.
    Using a pastry cutter, cut in shortening until mixture has uniform consistency.
    Mix cream and egg together and add slowly to dry mixture while stirring until dough holds together.
    Chill overnight and have fruit cold before pie preparation.
