Cakes From Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. mix
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla, 1 tsp. cinnamon or 1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. nuts, raisins or 1/2 c. each or 1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 tsp. ginger or all 3

Preparation

In 8-inch cake pan, stir mix with egg, milk, selected nuts, raisins, chocolate or other choices.
If you use applesauce, use spices instead of vanilla.
Proceed as in every day cake recipe.
