Ham Glaze - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 to 12 lb.) ham
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. apple juice
whole cloves
Preparation
-
Carefully remove skin from ham, leaving 1/4-inch of fat. Score meat in diamond shapes, inserting whole cloves in designs. Brush meat with mustard.
Place ham in roasting pan (no rack).
