Pork Chop And Potato Bake - cooking recipe

pork chops
potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
2 onions, cut in wide rings
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper
Preparation

In baking pan, arrange pork chops. Place thickly sliced potatoes over chops. Pour can of cream of mushroom soup plus 1 can of water over chops and potatoes. Place onion rings over this; salt and pepper. Cover with foil. Bake at 400\u00b0 until done (approximately 1 hour depending on thickness of pork chops).
