Taquitos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 doz. corn tortillas
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. yellow cheese (8 oz.)
    1 tsp. chili powder
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook ground beef and drain.
    Grate cheese and add to ground beef along with seasonings.
    Lightly fry corn tortillas, just dipping in hot grease.
    (Tortilla should be soft.)
    Drain.
    Add a small row of meat mixture on tortilla. Roll up tightly.
    Secure with toothpick.
    Fry taquito in hot grease until crispy.
    Drain. Dip in hot sauce or ketchup to eat.
