Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen broccoli (chopped)
    2 c. diced chicken or turkey
    2 cans mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 pkg. chicken Rice-A-Roni, uncooked
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. sliced almonds (optional)
    1/2 tsp. curry powder (optional)
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly and put in
    a
    9 x 13-inch pan or casserole dish.
    Refrigerate overnight before baking.
    Top with grated cheese (Cheddar). Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
