Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 medium zucchini, sliced 1/2-inch
    2 green peppers, sliced
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 can crushed tomatoes
    2 c. tomato sauce
    1 c. Mozzarella
Preparation
    Wash and cut crosswise zucchini in 1/2-inch slices.
    Clean peppers and slice 1/4-inch slices.
    Slice onion thinly.
    Place all in a large casserole; mix well with tomatoes and sauce.
    Top with Mozzarella.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
