Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 apples, pared, cored and sliced thin
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
pastry for 2 crust, 9-inch pie (recommend Flako)
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, lemon juice and apples in bowl; mix together until apples are coated.
Make crust; line 9-inch pie plate.
Fill with apple mixture; dot with butter.
Adjust top crust, cutting slits for escape of steam; seal.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until done.
Put foil over edges to prevent over browning.
