Quick Fruit Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1 qt. fresh fruit, sweetened to taste
Preparation

Melt butter in bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Heat fruit to boiling.
Make a batter of flour, sugar, baking powder and milk and pour over the melted butter.
Do not stir.
Pour the hot fruit over the batter.
Do not stir.
Bake in a 370\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
