Onion And Cheese Chicken Bake(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 chicken breasts, deboned
4 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. fresh sliced mushrooms
1 (3 oz.) can French fried onion rings
1/2 c. grated Jack or Swiss cheese

Preparation

Melt butter in baking dish. Add seasoning. Roll chicken in seasoned butter to coat and arrange in dish. Cover with wax paper. Cook on High for 5 to 6 minutes.
Turn pieces over and top with mushrooms.
Continue to cook on High for 4 minutes. Sprinkle with onion rings and grated cheese.
Cook on High for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
