Carrot Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. wheat flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. nuts
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil.
    Add eggs.
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add carrots, nuts and raisins.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Use 1/4 cup of batter.
    Store overnight or up to 2 weeks.
    Makes 3 dozen.
