Norweigan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. peeled, diced apples (Granny Smith are good)
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. whipped topping
Preparation
    Beat sugar and eggs together.
    Add vanilla and dry ingredients.
    Fold in apples and nuts.
    Put in greased 9-inch pie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes; cool.
    Mix whipped topping and pineapple; spread on cooled pie.
    Refrigerate until serving time.
