Chili And Cheese Easy Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground meat
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
24 flour or corn tortillas
2 c. grated cheese
1 can chili
Preparation

Brown meat and onions; drain. Add taco mix and cream of mushroom soup. (May stir in 1/2 cup water.) Heat tortillas in damp cloth in microwave for 1 minute or heat by dipping in hot cooking oil. Heap mixture on tortilla; add cheese and roll up. Place into 9 x 12-inch baking dish or pan.
Cover with heated chili. Add remaining cheese and onion to top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
