Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bag Ore-Ida frozen, cubed hash brown potatoes
1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
1/2 c. milk
2 c. cream of celery soup
1 can fried onion rings, crushed
Preparation

Let potatoes get to room temperature.
Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Drizzle melted butter over potatoes.
Mix milk and cream of celery soup.
Spread over potatoes.
Top with crushed onion rings.
Cover with foil.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Remove foil and bake 20 to 30 minutes longer.
(Can be made a day ahead and baked when ready to use.)
