Meat Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
    cold, chopped ham, seasoned with a little pepper and onions
    a little stock or milk
Preparation
    Make a fine crust with the flour, shortening and salt; mix and roll thin.
    Cut in 3-inch squares.
    Spread with seasoned ham. Moisten with a little stock or milk.
    Roll up like a jelly roll, pressing the ends tightly together.
    Bake in a 450\u00b0 oven and serve hot.
