Homecoming Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 lb. potatoes, peeled, cooked and diced
7 boiled eggs, chopped fine
onions
1 to 1 1/2 c. salad cube pickles
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
salt and pepper
approximately 3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise (Dukes)
thin slices radishes
paprika
Preparation

Mix together cooled potatoes, eggs, onions, salad cubes, celery seed, salt and pepper.
Add mustard and enough mayonnaise to mix all ingredients well.
