Rachel'S Favorite Pan-E-Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slightly beaten egg
    3/4 or 1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine egg, milk (for thicker cakes, use 3/4 cup milk), oil and vanilla.
    Add flour and dry ingredients; beat until smooth. Bake on a hot griddle with very little grease if using a teflon pan.
