Texas Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. quick cooking grits
    6 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. hot sauce
    1 lb. grated sharp cheese
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    4 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Stir grits into boiling water.
    Cover and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Add salt and hot sauce, then stir in cheese and margarine.
    Add eggs and pour into a greased baking dish. Bake, uncovered, in 300\u00b0 oven for one hour.
