Six Weeks Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
1 c. melted shortening or oil
3 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. flour
5 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.
Mix eggs, shortening and buttermilk together, then add to dry ingredients.
Mix well. Store in tightly covered bowl in fridge.
Will keep 6 weeks.
When you want to bake some muffins, fill muffin pans with paper cups, then fill 2/3 full.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
