Peach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained and cut up
    2 boxes (1 large and 1 small) peach Jell-O
    1 1/2 c. coconut (optional)
    1 (24 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese, drained
    4 oz. sour cream
    16 oz. Cool Whip, softened
    1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Mix peaches and dry Jell-O.
    Add cottage cheese and sour cream.
    Mix well; add Cool Whip.
    Mix until well blended.
    Add pecans and coconut, if desired.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
