Golden Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground thyme
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In a pie pan, combine crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt, thyme and pepper.
In an ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking dish, melt butter with garlic powder.
Dip chicken pieces in garlic-butter, then in crumb mixture.
Place in baking dish, skin side up.
Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 55 to 65 minutes, until chicken is tender.
Do not turn chicken pieces during baking.
Serves 4 to 6.
