Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 lb. canned or cooked fresh salmon
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 c. fine bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Beat eggs and combine with milk and rice.
    Flake salmon and add with remaining ingredients.
    Toss butter and crumbs and sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 - 45 minutes.
