Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread
    1 lb. loose sausage or bacon
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Tear up 4 slices of bread (any kind) and place in greased baking dish, 13 x 9 x 2-inch.
    Brown and drain sausage or bacon. Spoon over bread.
    Sprinkle grated cheese over sausage or bacon and bread.
    Beat together eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour this over mixture in baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Can be prepared the night before and refrigerated.
