Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract
5 to 6 eggs (depending on size)
3 to 4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Mix cream cheese in sour cream.
Add extracts and sugar; beat well.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add flour and mix well.
Lightly grease spring-form pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
