Chicken With Wine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 boneless chicken breasts
3/4 c. white wine
1 1/2 cans mushroom soup
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms with juice, sliced
oil
salt and pepper
Preparation

Brush chicken lightly with oil; salt and pepper chicken. Place in casserole dish and bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Pour wine over dish and bake for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0. Pour mushroom slices and mushroom soup over chicken.
Bake for 1 hour or until tender.
Makes 8 servings.
