Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. grits (regular, not instant)
    3 c. water (salted)
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in tiny pieces
    1 stick oleo, cut up
    3 eggs
    dash of Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil and slowly stir grits into it.
    Cook about 3 minutes.
    Over low heat, stir in cheese and oleo until melted.
    Set off heat and stir in well beaten eggs and Tabasco sauce.
    Bake in buttered casserole dish for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
