Sour Cream Sauce For Cucumbers - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small cucumber, shredded, drained and patted dry with paper towels
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 Tbsp. finely grated onion
2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 Tbsp. sugar

Preparation

Blend shredded cucumber with other ingredients and chill. (Good with sliced cucumbers and onions.)
