Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. flour
    oil (for deep frying)
Preparation
    Remove bones and skin.
    Combine seasoning and eggs, mixing well.
    Add milk and flour; mix well.
    Drop batter from tablespoon into hot oil; fry until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towel. Makes 12 to 14 croquettes.
