Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 15 squash, sliced
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
    1 pack saltine crackers, crushed
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion together.
    Drain.
    Brown sausage.
    Mix together squash and onion mixture, cheese, eggs and crackers. Place in greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
