Apple Walnut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
1 c. chopped nuts
4 small Delicious apples, peeled and diced

Preparation

Beat sugar and eggs until fluffy.
Add oil and vanilla.
Beat again; stir in flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
Continue beating, then add apples and nuts; mix well.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
