Potato Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 qt. water
    6 potatoes, chopped
    6 carrots, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    pepper to taste
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook first seven ingredients until tender; turn off heat.
    Add soup and cheese.
    Stir until melted.
    Can be reheated immediately or saved for later.
    Do not boil.
