Meat Stuffing(10 To 12 Pound Turkey) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bottom round, ground
    1 lb. ground pork
    2 c. ground crackers
    several bay leaves
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 tsp. sage
Preparation
    Combine meat, bay leaves, salt, pepper and onion.
    Cover with water and cook slowly until meat is browned.
    Drain liquid from this mixture.
    Add cracker crumbs and mix well.
    Allow to cool! Add sage.
    Allow to cool!
    Now your turkey is ready to be stuffed. If there is any stuffing left, you can combine it with mashed potatoes and use as a filling for a pie which is baked the same way as a fruit pie would be.
