Homemade Amish Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    1 whole egg
    3 Tbsp. cold water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs lightly and add water and salt.
    Stir in enough flour to make a stiff dough.
    Knead on floured surface 3 to 5 minutes.
    Divide into 3 pieces and roll out paper thin.
    Let dry about an hour.
    Roll up jelly roll fashion and cut crosswise into strips of desired thickness.
    Spread loosely to dry.
