Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. self-rising cornmeal
2 eggs
1/2 can creamed corn
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. buttermilk
jalapeno peppers to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and bake in a hot greased skillet at 400\u00b0 until done.
