Grandma Kuntz'S Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 lb. cream cheese
    1 1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    2 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Cream Ricotta and cream cheese.
    Add sugar, flour and vanilla.
    Blend in eggs, one at a time.
    Add sour cream, mixing well.
    Bake in a 10-inch spring-form pan, placing this spring-form pan inside a roasting pan filled with 1 inch of water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Turn oven off; do not open for 1 hour.
    Let cool, then refrigerate overnight.
    Remove from pan and serve. Excellent!
